I am having this same issue with my dashboard. It's been going on for a few weeks now and even tho i'm giving AVAST support tons of information it seems like they have stopped replying to our support e-mails. As of writing this I haven't received an e-mail reply in over 6 days. Does anyone know a possible fix for this either on our end or theirs. I have tried to use different devices (Phone, laptop, desktop, tablet). I have used every browser I can think of (Chrome, Brave, Firefox, Opera, Edge, IE 11) and still nothing. I'll attach a few of the screenshots I was able to get that support wanted so you can also see what is going on. They have asked me to right click on the ! for diagnostic information but nothing comes up just the normal right click menu. The 2nd screenshot is after I login it'll show that page for maybe half a second then immediately redirects me to the public error page.
