Do want to use your VPN on your TV?

If "yes", you cannot. Avast does not provide any other way to connect to the SecureLine servers.
Only through their apps, which are restricted to Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. So, you cannot use it inside your router or use OpenVPN applications to connect it.
