Avast Account shows home PC not protected

Paid for & installed Avast Primer.
Home PC shows everything set up with license and activation code OK.
Go online an log into my Avast account: It show my PC as "UNPROTECTED" from expired  2015 account.  This is the same computer.
The only way I see to enter the new licenses and activation code is to click on the link to download and buy again. 
I sent a request to Avast Support and have a support number.
How long should I wait to hear?

Try disconnecting/reconnecting it from/to your account.
