Fixed crashes related to TLS 1.3 support

Still, it doesn't work in Windows XP.
Whenever Avast HTTPS Scanning is active, Firefox is limited to TLS1.2.
As soon as it's disabled, Firefox works correctly with TLS1.3.
This issue does not occur under Windows 10 and it's limited to XP afaik.

Product: Avast Premier 18.6.2347 (build 18.6.3973.0).
OS: Windows XP Professional SP3 + Microsoft Extended Support

I'm gonna send you a Full Memory Dump with the Avast Support Tool ;)
Main: ESET Nod32  - Fedora Linux x64
Work: Avast Premier  - Windows XP Professional SP3 x86 - Microsoft Official Extended Support (2019)
Server: Symantec Endpoint Protection  - Windows Server 2019 x64

I really hope they don't.
This beta is still supposed to be working on XP, which means that it should support all the functions in XP as well.
Besides, we are talking about something that works in Firefox but doesn't work in Avast.
It would be a shame to be limited to TLS1.2 just because Avast can't scan TLS1.3 and blocks the protocol.
I truly believe that these final months are going to be very important to fine-tune the current version of Avast to get a final, fully functional and rock-solid build for XP and Vista.
