The firewall blocks the IP 192.168. 0.1

I have installed Avast Internet Security on Windows 7 system.
 The firewall blocks the IP 192.168. 0.1 of the router.
What should I do to allow access to the router?

Try opening the avast main screen:  Protection>Firewall>Current Profile/Firewall Profile>Set to Private.

Default is Public.

If that fails, turn off avast firewall, and turn on Windows Defender firewall.  Reboot.  Does it work now?

Nothing helped, I can not go into the control panel of the router.

On the previous computer I was an opportunity to resolve the IP. It is a pity that such an opportunity does not provide Avast, and, judging by the firewall log, stubbornly blocks the IP access to the settings of the router .

Follow mchain's instructions and turn off the Avast Firewall and use the one that comes with Windows.

I set to Private; turned off Avast Firewall; rebooted the computer with Windows Defender Firewall, but I did not get access to the management page of the router.
And on this result I stop experiments and return everything to its original state.

I will not disturb the machine from working.

Answer:
In my case, the solution was simple: you had to reset the router settings to the factory settings by the press "Reset" button.

So Avast wasn't the problem? 

Resetting your modem would also reset your modem password to default.

Did you change it (the password) from the default settings?

No, there was no problem with Avast. In this case, Avast helped me to establish the cause of the system failure in access to the router.

And I changed the password.
