Subject says it all.
I guess I didn't cancel my renewal even though I vividly remember doing so, anyways tech support and customer service links are dead ends for me (don't load anything)
Please give me my refund I haven't even activated the license or touched it at all. I'm rebuking/reporting the payment anyways through paypal as it was unauthorized.
