16k win 7 error

every time i try to shut down i get this error of having to many 16k programs then it stops exiting the system

It would help to attach a screenshot of the error box.

I take it you mean too many 16bit programs (the screenshot should clarify that) ?

If so, do you actually have any 16bit programs installed?
I think they would have had to have been installed in compatibility mode in win7.

i have no 16k programs in stalled at all or have them in compatibility mode

They aren't actually called 16k programs, they are 16bit programs (not 32bit or 64bit programs), this was what I was trying to get.

The screenshot of this win7 error is the only thing we can try and get a handle on what this is.

Reason for asking for the screenshot is because we can't see your computer screen. 

If you just want to only screencapture the error box, press Alt+PrintScrn buttons at the same time after highlighting the error box with your mouse or simply take a picture with your phone and import that picture into your system and then attach it in your next reply.

I got this error a few times as well on using the latest updated premier software I forgot to mention it in my post about having to completely uninstall. the link above was just one thing I found about the 16bit error. have not tried it yet.
