Update to 18.6.2349 suddenly blocks pop3 access to Gmail

Hi, this version (1.jpg) - updated today- suddenly results in pop3 email receipt for my gmail account only (all others are ok) failing.

I can see this text (the rest is unavailable):
SSL connection failed (certificate failed: unable to get loca

What do you suggest?    Disabling Avast shield solves this.

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.

Thanks, after repair and re-enabling SSL scan, pop3 access to gmail worked again.

Note: Win 10: Settings, Apps & Features, click Avast, click Modify, UAC- yes, click Repair on Avast dialogue
