Hello
My customer damaged installation of Avast which she occasionally installed to drive D:\ (without sub-folders) . I don't know how she did it, but I couldn't find the Avast uninstaller however it's services were active. It was my mistake to run avast cleaner without creating backups, but I didn't think cleaner removes directories which avast didn't create.  The whole drive was cleaned in seconds.
I successfully recovered the most important files by undeleting software but I guess cleaner should be a little bit more intelligent.
I hope somebody who can do something will read it ;)
Thanks.

I've reported this on the developers channel so that a precaution can be built into the removal tool to prevent this sort of thing.
Thanks for reporting. :)
