We are a little company with 2 PCs, we bought 2 licences for Avast (one in May and another one yesterday).
In the Management Console we can only see 1 device available, meanwhile the other one seems to be Avast working but it does not appear in the Management Console although the Antivirus version is the same (Avast for Business). Reading the licence email purchase confirmation, we see that the "Activation Code" is the same but there is only one difference:
Email PC 1:
Product Name: Avast Business Antivirus Managed - 3 years
Email PC 2:
Product Name: Avast Business Antivirus - 3 years
Obviously, PC 2 does not appear by this reason, I think; the issues is we did not select if the antivirus is manged or not in any form. Could we "convert" the licence to be managed as well as the PC 1?. The price of both licences were the same.
