unsecapp.exe New process After Update 18.6.2349

After update Avast unsecapp.exe is running constantly. I use Avast for long time and it was never running before. How to disable this process. I found

Constantly running unsecapp.exe? Nothing new. About three or four years ago Avast also called the unsecapp process. Later versions of Avast didn't used this process anymore. I think history will repeat itself.

Ok, today I update my other PC whit Avast and I haven't unsecapp.exe  :o Explain why on one PC unsecapp.exe constantly running and on the other PC it does not work at all ? Why ? I will add that I have Winidows 7.

yep i have this running again, it use to be cause my the  cleanup addon but i dont even have that installed, I gona start  removing componets to see which one is the cause now

its now the behavior sheild launch the proccess, which is process i dont like running to opens up security isses, I gona check and see if there is setting in behavior component that is triggering this...

Either way they to fix this

you can end the task unseccap.exe and behavior shield works fine, still not sure why it trigger it to run

i did just like did with previous build too, it either been ignored it not something they see as issue, I see unsecapp.exe as security cause of what it is as such I keep ending the proccess on boot, at on point I was actual renamine the files so it could started

Ok, then explain why on one PC unsecapp.exe constantly running and on the other PC it does not work at all ? I have two PC with unsecapp and without.
