Avast Ultimate includes licenses for Premier (Antivirus program), SecureLine (VPN program), Cleanup Premium (Tuneup/Cleanup program), and Passwords Premium (Password Manager), as listed on the website:

All of the features except for Cleanup can be accessed directly through the Premier application. To install missing features, please click "Menu" in the top right corner > click "Settings" > click "Components" on the left hand side > click the "Install Component" link next to any/all features that you want to install. You will likely be asked to reboot once additional components are installed.
To access the features on the Premier application, click through the "Protection", "Privacy" and "Performance" tabs on the left hand side, and then click the feature tile that you want to open. If a feature doesn't appear, you may need to add it through the settings menu.
