Got charged without permission or even account

I got charged by Avast, out of nowhere in 27 July. I realized it a bit late. Also, my account is not working. I can't even contact via avast contact page, since there is no valid order number. There was no notification, no mail beforehand, nothing.

Now I got another account to post here. I can provide my original mail name to someone authorized.

Do not worry too much about the Order ID; as long as we have ample information to work with, we can still locate the order. Yes, the order ID is preferred but not an absolute must.
