Lost/forgotten password recovery

My wife and I both purchased ultimate prtection, she then changed phones. Now she can't recover her account because avast is not accepting her password. On her phone when she is connected to avast, her drop down menu has no prompt to access her online account, like mine. Is there anyway to access tech support for such an issue?
