Good Morning:
My pendrive is infected with a virus that turns all the stuff inside it into shortcuts. I found how to recover the original files in the pendrive thanks to a webpage I looked up in the internet, but the computer in which I connected the pendrive is aldo infected, and so my pen gets reinefected again and again when I connect it. Free version of avast does not detect this virus. I have talked with the computer technician at my job (where I originally picked up this virus) and he told me that Mcafee does not detect it either but that he notified it and they are working on a solution. He told me that this virus was quite old and that was the reason mcafee and other antivirus do not recognize it.
I just want to inform about this virus, many people are infected here in Madrid were I live...avast should know and do something.
