Hello,

I work for wowapp.com, we've developed a messenger called WowApp, which is normally whitelisted for Avast. We've had to update our code-signing certificate and now we are considered a threat. We've had the exact same issue last time we updated our certificate, as you can see here https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=208639.msg1420583#msg1420583. Like before, we have not changed anything to break the Avast Clean Guidelines. I have used the form from https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php, received an email to upload our files and did so, but have not received any response since then (3 weeks ago).

So, here i am again, asking you guys for help, hoping the issue can be fixed. The archive uploaded is called "WowApp and WowAppBeta Windows Clients.7z" with no password (as per the provided guide).

Thank you and please let me know if i can help you with more information.

Hey Asyn,

We've already attempted to whitelist the build, but after 3 emails (in the span of 3 weeks), we have no answer yet.  For the second link, as i stated above, we were whitelisted before updating the certificate and we have not changed anything to break the Avast Clean Guidelines.

Because of these reasons, i decided to try the forums for a solution.

Hey Asyn,

Last time you were a great help when you forwarded my post to somebody. I received a reply from the Avast team quickly after. If you could do the same again, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you again for your help.
