« on: September 12, 2018, 08:50:40 PM »
I have tried to reset the settings and it still keeps the logo Amazon and also thumbnail.
Please help with a solution.

Please post a screenshot.  We can't see what you see here.

Here you go:  This is after I cleaned browsing history and the Amazon thumbnail can not be deleted.

Try doing Ctrl+H and select the following to clean History:  Click Privacy Cleaner and select whatever options you think best to clean your browser history.

See attached below:

Better now?

Avast really needs a setting whereby browser history is cleaned automatically on end of session or browser close.

Thank you.
I did clean browsing history to beginning of time.   I also checked extensions and they are all clean.

I have had this same issue on other computers but resetting settings has fixed it.
I don't understand on this computer why it won't fix it.

Please post another screenshot of current browser page (Page as is after running Privacy Cleaner>Advanced>All Time with all but the last two settings selected).

You're saying no change whatsoever?
