Gmail Issues!! "We've detected a problem with your cookie settings."

As a commission artist I kinda need to be checking my email often. Currently I am unable to open Gmail in the Avast browser, it says...

We've detected a problem with your cookie settings.
Enable cookies
Make sure your cookies are enabled. To enable cookies, follow these browser-specific instructions.

Clear cache and cookies
If you have cookies enabled but are still having trouble, clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Adjust your privacy settings

... This is so stupid. I was able to check it when I first download this new browser last week. Now, it won't. I don't understand and I do see anywhere to add it to a white list for cookies, or what. PLEASE I am begging you, fix this!

I am sorry o hear that.

It seems you imported settings from your other browser that you used before. Am I right? This should not cause the problem but just curious.

I think there is some cookie mismatch.

1. please go to Security and Privacy center (avast logo on toolbar) and choose "Privacy Cleaner", tick all caches, cookies etc.  time range: "all time" and clean it. It should fix the problem
2. now go to Menu -> Settings -> import Bookmarks and settings. Choose the browser you imported from and Import.

Does the problem occur again?

I've always run Privacy Cleaner before close of ASB, and never have run into this problem. 

Either Ctrl+Shift+Del or Ctrl+H will work.  Clicking Avast icon upper right of ASB will work too.  Picture attached below.  (Picture is of version 68.0, but valid for version 69.0)

I don't see or cannot find a setting to automatically clear all selected on close tho.

Confirmed I also have no setting to clear on close.

I think I did the Privacy Cleaner and had it clean everything and that worked to get rid of that issue.
