Dear all ,
Sorry to bother you ,,,,
But i have been charged the 1 st of november as my contract was finishing the 9 november ...

For sure i got a mail from Avast on the 30 st of october advising me i will be resuscribded on the 6 th of november .... (my auto renewal was still active as i had not decided yet to cancel it , thinking my deadline was still 6 days awayA)
So i decided to take my time ... what a wrong idea , the debit of 59,90 € from paypal occured then the 1 st of november , without any prior notice.

What to do , i did a request to avast but still no confirmation of the file ....

I did request but no news from them , so upseting and absent customer service ....
Shall i worry or relax ?
