Hi, I have looked through forums and we have tried various suggestions.
Our problem is for some (definitely not all users) the exclusions list keeps getting reset. Having set an exclusion, and rechecking after a few minutes it will still be there. However, wait a few days and the exclusion is lost. For our developers this is very frustrating and annoying.
How could it potentially be reset? Is there some simple solution I am missing?
