It would seem that it was solved with the last beta and therefore those looking for solutions must wait for the release of the new stable version.

That's correct, I have not had the issue with the latest beta, on either Win 10 64 Bit OS's.

When can I expect offline installer to be available? It still downloads 19.1.4142.424.

Oh, I was suppose to search for it on the forum. I was so stupid to download it from the main site... Cause who would look for it on the main site...
But seriously - update your links.

btw, it still doesn't open, even right after I have installed it and rebooted...

Edit: just opened after few minutes of waiting... I think its gonna be like that all the time...
