Avast found infections - now what?
« on: September 28, 2018, 05:32:57 PM »
When Avast finds infections, does it automatically delete them or do I need to buy something to do that?

Thanks.

The popup message should give you all info needed
(it tell you what happend, where it happend and what avast did with it)

avast FAQ (search and find)  https://support.avast.com/

There may be ads for additional avast programs (not needed for malware)

The only popup I got was right when the 2.5 hour scan started and was for Avast Cleanup Pro. I don't see anything telling me what Avast did?

I see the report but it says nothing about what Avast did with the infections.
