Hi, Did you notice that it is slow experience in having the avast security browser. No doubt, it is safe compared to compromized browsers. But i experience a kind of slowness in both loading and browsing with the 10 mbps speed.
The browser first spin anticlockwise, for some seconds or minutes and then start clockwise to ultimately borwse to the webpage.
In firefox, if i click he page immediately bets browsed in a span of few seconds. Am i missing something. Please give me solution.
I would request the avast team to introduce the menu bar at the top for easy manipulation. Hope that they will do

Possibly something else going on as ASB is functioning quickly and correctly on my OS's :)
Check your other Security related software for conflict

I have the same issue.  Avast is extremely slow.  Reminds me of the old Dial-Up days.  I'm also having this really strange issue with most of the screen blurring unless I'm actively typing in that section of the screen or moving my mouse over hypertext.

No problem here.
You can always try the following
Clean install of the Secure Browser:
Maybe it's time for a clean install of the Secure Browser
Download the installer from here, https://www.avast.com/en-us/secure-browser
Download the Secure Browser Removal tool from here, https://download.avastbrowser.com/avast_secure_browser_uninstall.exe
Save your Bookmarks via the Book Marks Manager if you have custom bookmarks so you can import them when you re-install.
Uninstall Secure Browser via Programs and Features - Reboot
Run the removal tool, reboot, run the installer import your favorites if you saved them.
A video to help with the installation: https://youtu.be/r_VLA0HMLQM
Report back if that's solved the problem or not.
Avast has offered a separate tool to totally remove the Secure Browser if the above instructions don't work.
You can find that tool here, https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=230288.msg1531315#msg1531315
