New to this platform and not sure where to ask for help. I am having the same problem as this mentions but no HTML messages. Started using Avast free antivirus on 9/13/2018 and shortly thereafter signed up for Avast cleaner free trial. Computer has been having bumps I thought would be worked out but yesterday it hit the wall. Barely managed to get to event viewer after many tries and 40 + min. It had corrupted file issues (red 'X') and critical events from Avast. The troubleshooter finally completed and had 'requested' and bit server. I was barely able to get here after 2 hrs. I am a computer dummy and desperately need to get back to my online store. Thank you for your time. Respectfully cd
