Hello,
as I mentioned in the subject - can not switch on VPN on my PC. When I try to do it, a window pops up with an notice that I should purchase a licencse.
I do not have such problems on my mobile.

Can anyone help?

mchain:
Single-use license or multi-use license?  Not said which.

BWhit:
Can you check that the trial license is active on the PC? Please open the SecureLine application > click "Menu" in the top right corner > click "My Licenses" > check for the Avast SecureLine VPN license with the correct expiry date. If it does not appear, please click the "Enter a valid activation code" tile and enter the activation code from your email.

If the trial license is not there, or if the activation doesn't work, please submit a support request here: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/ (as we will need to discuss activation codes etc., which we can't post on a public forum)

REDACTED:
Hi,
it is active, with 50 days left.

BWhit:
Hi mpyra, I've tested your license from our end, and cannot replicate the issue you are describing; so we can rule out the cause as an issue with the licensing.

Can you take a screenshot of the window that opens when you try to turn on your VPN? If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, please take a look at this guide: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Create-screenshot

Can you also confirm if you are using SecureLine from within your Avast AV application, or if you are using the separate standalone program? (The  standalone version can be downloaded from here: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/80 ) If you are using them both, do you get the same window popping up in both the AV and the standalone versions?
