Payment Authorisation Failed

 I have been trying to buy secureline for the last 2 weeks. This is my latest message I've sent to avast support: "I CANNOT RENEW AND/OR RENEW MY SECURELINE SUBSCRIPTION. THIS IS MY 3RD E-MAIL TO YOU. ARE YOU GOING TO HELP OR SHOULD I LOOK TO A MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO BUY VPN SERVICE FROM ?"

Still no answer or help. I am spamming the customer support. Sent 10 messages.

Gave up and bought service from EXPRESSVPN today. Avast can't even help people who want to buy their service, I cannot imagine what difficulties they are giving to people who have paid. I've been an avast free antivirus user for more than 10 years, and an internet security user for more than 2 years and I will never be returning. Such a shame.
