Avast charged me renewal of my 60-Day Trial even though it's been uninstalled

Why has Avast charged my Paypal for auto-renewal of my 60-Day Free Trial even though I removed the software from my PC days ago before my trial ended??? Are they going to keep charging me even though I'm not using the Anti-virus anymore!?

Hi, removing the software doesn't end the subscription.
