continue from where you left off issue

I have two issues, for one of the issues, I only want to vent. I don't think that any company who wants to sell us their products gives two cents about us if we have no where to send feedback. I want to send feedback regarding an issue I'm experiencing and I can't find anywhere to send feedback. I am 92% pleased with Avast but I am not willing to pay for a product for a company that doesn't want to deal with my feedback! 

This is my issue: I have my settings set to continue from where I left off. My computer sometimes cuts off for no reason and I have to reboot. the Avast browser says we didn't shut down should we recover? It makes me mad because yes I already have the setting set up for that. but the thing is...sometimes I click yes recover and i don't hit the button right and all my research and the webpages that I have open goes down. disappears. it's gone. and yes i can go into history and get them but I'm bad about keeping multiple sites open and they were all opened on different days and combing through history can be time consuming. it's an irritating task. it's both research and job hunting.  if Avast would just open the the last pages without asking recovery I would be so much happier.  Avast, would you please fix this? Thank you.

It may be a much more permanent solution if you solve your problem with Windows "cutting off"
You're asked if you want to recover in the Windows reboot issue because there may be times you or,
another customer with the same Windows problem, who may not want to recover.
It could also be that something you last did in your browser is what caused the reboot problem.
I personally want the choice not automatic restore. :)
