Avast Business Antivrus Install (Cloud)

Afternoon All,  I have tried to install Avast business antivirus on a clean install of Windows 10 1809, the installer finishes saying installation completed with errors, has a tick next to agent and a cross next to antivirus, I have attached a screenshot. Since this is a clean installation of windows with absolutely no third party software, Just Windows 10 1809, I have no ide what is causing this issue.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I know this is old but reaching out to see if you ever received a solutions to this issue? I am now facing the same problem.
