Not able to cancel automatic renewal

Hi,
I have a AVAST INTERNET SECURITY license which is valid until 23.12.2018. It is shown in my.avast.com (processed by digitalriver.com).
However, when I want to cancel the automatic renewal, I'm not able to do so.
I followed both processes shown on https://support.avast.com/de-de/article/126/, but the buttons mentioned there are not shown at all.
In the portal there is no "Disable automatic renewal" and in my.avast there is no "Deactivate Auto-Renewal Subscription".
What can I do?

When you enter your order portal you should see a link (small) that shows 'manage your subscription'> the disable auto-renew is there. :)

Yes and otherwise follow Asyn's direction

Edit: I just went through an Upgrade process and attached Screenshots show how to "Disable" auto Renew on any order through the Order Portal.
INSTRUCTIONS on how to enter order portal are included in the email confirmation of your purchased Avast Product. :)
