Hello there,

Why is it that Avast won't simply answer my email? and if they do it takes them weeks to answer?

If there's an issue or question you can contact support and submit a 'support ticket'
Submit only once per issue. Replies usually 1-3 (business)days.  :)

I'll go straight to the point. I requested a refund because I understand the software is slowing down my computer, I did it before the 30 days refund policy expires. But the haven't respond my email.

Click the link I provided and submit your "Refund Request"
Use the email address you used when originally signing up for Avast and explain your situation/
You can refer/attach emails you sent. :)
A reply will be forthcoming.
Submit only once as further submissions will put you at the bottom again.

Ok, i'm getting really upset here.

I have sent the refund request twice here, and have got no response from Avast's team. This is really disappointing since this is something i would not expect from a very "respectable company".

Below i leave my order numbers. Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately by submitting multiple support tickets on the same issue you could be delaying the process, as schmidthouse said in reply #3 above yours. 

The support ticket system works on a first in first out (FiFo) order and multiple entries can push you to the back of the order.

You say you have left your order numbers, do you not mean you have left the support ticket ID numbers (not order numbers) ?

If they are indeed order numbers, you would surely have been given you completed the support tickets.

The support ticket ID number would be better placed here, as we can try to attract attention to them.  It is just the confusion raised when you said they were order numbers.
