XignCode error message for Avast
« on: October 23, 2018, 01:32:32 AM »
XignCode from Wellbia claims since today i would need to disable or uninstall Avast for the following file. aswhookx.dll
Windows 8.1 64 bit Windows is my OS.
As this prevents me from accessing a game i play, so not sure if something changed on Avast's end or on Xign Code or on the Game Developer..
errorcode: 0xE019100B

You can check for infection at Virus Total [dot] com:  https://www.virustotal.com/#/home/upload

Likely not an issue on avast's end, disabling it could prevent avast from working correctly or at all.

Hello,

the anti-cheat engine checks for presents of DLLs in process which does not belong to the game and if it detects the one it prevents game from starting. You can try to add the exception for the game executable to the Behavioral Shield if it helps to solve your problem.
