why it appear every time ?

if i click Internet Explorer ,every time red avast script blocker appear ,
i want to know how to make it not appear ?

Hi mengfl, and welcome.

To turn off the script blocker splash screen

Right click the a-icon
Click On-Access Protection Control
Highlight Script Blocking on the left of the window
Click Customized, then click the Advanced tab
Un-check Show Splash Window on Startup
Click OK, OK
