Problems with Avast Secure Browser

After my last Avast update my previous safe zone browser was replaced with secure browser. This is very slow to load ( up to 10 seconds) and when I try to log into a bank it switches to Bank Mode. A windows then appears and stays blank no matter how long I leave it. When I close bank mode and revert to secure browser I can log on. What is wrong with bank mode ? I have waited some weeks to see if a new update has fixed the problem.

- Which Avast..? (Free/Pro/IS/Premier)
- Which version..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)

I have no idea which version of ASB I have .
I have Avast Premier
Which version I have no idea
I believe my OS is 64 Bit I have no idea what SP/Build is
I have Malwarebytes
If I was an expert in these things I would not need to ask for help !

If you could make it clear to a non expert what info' you require I perhaps could tell you.
It is of no help just to throw one line snap questions at users.
If you cannot help perhaps someone with more understanding of non experts can.
