Virus Chest blocks a file. Cannot restore it nor delete.

I've been trying to run Selenium Firefox python driver in a python Conda environment. Avast deemed it unsafe and it ended up in the Virus chest. I was wondering where the python executable in the Conda environment went and tried to reinstall it and other stuff but Avast does not permit to have the same file in the same folder anymore since it is in the Virus Chest.

I've tried to delete it from the chest and it does not do anything. Trying to restore it yields "This file cannot be restored". So the file remains in the Virus Chest and I can't do anything about it.

What can I do to either restore the file or remove it from the chest?

I've tried it but it says "Something went wrong, please try again later." So I can't do that.

Should I also include what happens if I try to restore the file? It literally just says

"Whoops, error occured."
"This file can't be restored."

I have the same problem. The last post here is from 2018. Can it be solve now? I need spyder. So how can I get it running again?
