Im running Avast Free Antivirus v. 18.7.2354; OS: Windows 10 64Bit.
I noticed that for 2/3 days im getting Frame drops frequently.
I checked on Processexplorer whats taking all the resources and it was aswidagent.exe all the time.

How do i fix this issue?

Have you trie a "Repair" of your Avast Installation?

Assuming your issue is not caused by 'other' conflicting Security Software installed on your system follow these instructions.
What other security software do you have installed?

You can try a Clean Install of Avast:

The only way Avast and Windows Defender will (should) get along would be if Avast is in Passive Mode.  It would be ok to run Windows Defender in real-time active mode in that case.

Why it isn't a good idea to run multiple antivirus programs:  https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=211973.0

You won't get twice the protection.  If fact, you will get much less than full if you run two or more real-time antivirus programs.

Turn Windows Defender off.  Reboot.  (You can't uninstall Windows Defender in Windows 10.)

Windows 10 Home 64-bit 22H2 Avast Premier Security version 24.1.6099 (build 24.1.88821.762)  UI version 1.0.797
 UI version 1.0.788.  Windows 11 Home 23H2 - Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Avast Premier Security version 24.2.6105 (build 24.1.8918.827) UI version 1.0.801

You will most certainly get conflict with more than on Antivirus running on the same  OS.

I know its not helping when you run multiple antivir at same time.
Windows Defender isn't a Antivirus Program though

Yes it is, Defender in Win 10 is full Anti-virus-malware-exploit-ransomware

When you install Avast or any other 3rd party AV on Windows 10, Defender turns itself off.

indeed.
Only a few parts of Windows Defender are running. Avast took most of its job  :D
