can't restore my device by using self-autorization

I installed Avast Passwords to my new IOS device. And i have no active device.
I try to restore backup using "Your backup identity" email But restore button isn't working. I have an error "This link has expired. Please contact the sender of the email for more information." on this page http://click.emails.avast.com/expired.html
How can I realize self-autorization?
