How to add a software in webcam protection?

Good morning, I have a problem with a software called "Wire".
It's an encripted phone-video-call-messages software like Skype. But while Skype can see my webcam, Wire can't and I don't know what to do.
In webcam protection section I can't see either the software for allow/deny the webcam use, anyone have an advice?
