Your screenshot shows you do not have the new version.

It is quite clear from your image there is a new version available.

What happens if you do a manual program update ?

If you have done a manual update, have you rebooted to have it take effect  ?

I didn't have the new version.  I uninstalled the old version,  then installed the new version

I didn't have the new version.  I uninstalled the old version,  then installed the new version
