Kaspersky's Anti-Hacker vs. Comodo Firewall
« on: July 20, 2006, 03:42:45 AM »
Has anyone read a comparison of these 2 firewall programs?  Or had experience with both of them?  I'm trying to decide which to use on my 1 PC at home.  I'm connecting by way of DSL on the weekend and I'd like to have a firewall installed by then.  I will have a router for my modem to plug in to.  Thanks for your help.

I know that Kaspersky's Anti-Hacker has previously and a slight conflict with avast as it uses some of the same file names of the Kaspersky anti-virus program and avast detects this and thinks it is another resident AV and disables elements to avoid conflict. I can't remember how this was/can be resolved, but a forum search for Kaspersky anti-hacker should bring more information.
