See attached below:
First set is initial attempt to use VPN set to Chicago, USA
Second set is second attempt to use Chicago, USA.
Both are routed through Chile. Why?

This is way too normal, but it's boring. It's the same case that a lot of IPs from SecureLine are being recognized as Czech Republic.
About the IP address, take a look here:
http://whois.domaintools.com/181.215.127.246
https://www.ip2location.com/181.215.127.246
There's something about "Chile" on whois website. But i don't think it can define something.
