Hi my Name is Apekshit. I am Avast user from a long time. Today (18.11.2018) i paid for the license but did not receive any email or SMS regarding the license from Avast team but the Amount for the license was deducted from my Bank account.
Please tell what should i do. I need my money back or I need the license file.
I tried the getting to website but it said following:

we are sorry, but our records show no valid purchases with the e-mail address you specified.
Please make sure the information you supplied is correct, and the original purchase was carried out using this email address.
If you purchased your license from an Avast reseller please contact the reseller directly (
