avast free antivirus, firefox, and js:miner-ae [pup]
« on: November 19, 2018, 02:57:55 AM »
Hi. There's an avast message that says "Threat secured We've safely aborted connection on dementiafriendlyamericacitruscounty.org because it was infected with JS:Miner-AE [PUP].", which seems to appear every couple of minutes when browsing to different sites with firefox. Does anyone know if that's an issue with avast free antivirus, firefox, or something else, and is there a way to fix it? Let me know if you need any other information. Thanks.
