avast search engine without antivirus

    hi..i, at one time had avast antivirus, avast search engine and avast cleanup..avast antivirus was conflicting with my computer which is windows vista so i uninstalled all of avast...i would like to know if i can reinstall the avast search engine without the antivirus?

hi...i guess i'm using the wrong word and can't think of the word it should be but like firefox and opera and chrome..can i install avast without having the antivirus??

If you mean the browser (ASB), basically yes.
But as XP/Vista isn't supported anymore, no.
