I would like to know the bug fix or improvements that the console has with version 6.0.14 vs 6.0.8

The 6.0.14 was mainly to fix proxy issues. Also, see https://portal.productboard.com/afb/tabs/3-past-released-versions

When we are going to have the next upgrade with new features like new "Filtering options on the Device and Tasks pages" as Cloud 6.2

Any roadmap for Avast Business On-premise Console?

Cloud version is 6.8 and on-premise is 6.0
