I already have a thread about this.

Delete all avast programs and install only stand alone secureline and try it again.  I haven't tried secureline yet, but my other vpn started working again once I deleted avast virus protection and avast clean up. Virus protection is likely the culprit. I've heard terrible rumors about it, but lets brush them aside for now and wait for an official response.

Can we get information regarding how to set up a manual ikev2 type vpn connection to secureline servers ? Like server adresses etc ?
I used another vpn service to connect that way.

Dev-Info: Seems to be global vpn problem in Turkey. (Not only Avast is affected)

Yes, nordvpn wasn't working as well.

I created a custom vpn on windows. They have pretty good guidelines about how to make one and I was able to get nordvpn to work.
Ikev2 seems to be a workaround the VPN problem in Turkey. So would be great if you gave us the server adress and which credentials we have to use to use to log in.

They don't answer tickets or answer way too late. I have a ticket open and still waiting for someone to respond properly.

Your ticket system is very bad, i can't see my opened tickets on my avast dashboard, also yet no answer my ticket.

I also have the same problem. Secureline vpn connects but blocks internet connection. Some other  vpn works ( like Windscribe)
Seems nobody replies from support.
I had renewing , but now I canceled .
I was using it for 5.5 years.
Nobody is giving the reason to what happened to Secureline VPN in Turkey.
