Can't reinstall Businesss Console

Hi,

After the Business Management Console stop working, I uninstall it and I can't reinstall.
See the error message in the file attached.

I have same problem….

it seems to incorrect uninstall postgree DB

My proble is solved!
I change my licence for an installation without business console.
