Can't upgrade on another device

I updated on my phone, but can't find where to put the licence code, on my fire 10, tried to follow the instructions but it Not like it says in the instructions

Hi Michael, the licence should be uploaded automatically (unless you switch your device to another Google account).

If your Avast Mobile Security does not detect your valid Pro license and the app displays the License not found message when you try to restore your subscription, follow steps in this article to resolve an issue.
