Whats going on? Theres no on or off setting on autorenewal. Are you going to charge my card without my permission/consent?

Have you actually made a payment ?
By default it is set to make auto renewal payments unless you unchecked that at the time of payment.

If you have already made a payment where have you looked to try find the setting to switch off auto renewal ?

I just checked status of your subscription and it was cancelled on December 8th.

The trial period is still valid until December 15th so you can still enjoy our product until then.
