Is anyone having problems with the behavior shield stopping MS office products from downloading templates?
I tested this by turning off each shield, one at a time, until I found it was the behavior shield that was blocking office products from downloading templates, I even added each office program, including the full path (MSAccess.exe, Winword.exe, Excel.exe) to the exclude lists in both the general settings as well as the behavior shield's own exclusion list, and it still blocked the download, but by disabling or even uninstalling the behavior shield, I was able to successfully download the templates from within the office products.
I can't keep disabling the shield, download a template, then re-enable the shield, all the time I want to download a template, there has to be a way that office products do not trigger the behavior shield.
